Meet the Dentists
Dr. Bret Standage
Dr. Standage was born and raised in Arizona and completed all his education here in his home state. He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Biology, then received his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona in 2014.
Dr. Standage loves Dentistry! He enjoys working with his patients to achieve their goals for dental health. From simple needs, such as preventative care and cleanings, to full mouth rehabilitations, he is dedicated to providing the best quality care and comfort to his patients.
Dr. Standage values education in dentistry. He understands that education is a lifelong pursuit in this career and has committed himself to stay up-to-date with the ever-changing landscape of the dental field. He is currently working on a fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry, which is almost complete. Only 6% of dentists achieve this award. Dr. Standage is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Spear Education – Faculty Club.
Dr. Standage and his wife, Amy have 3 children: Caleb, Joshua and Kate. Dr. Standage enjoys spending time with his family as well as water skiing, dirt bike riding, cars; well, most things with a motor!
Dr Craig Standage is a true Arizona native. He was born and raised in Mesa Arizona. He graduated from Arizona State University with a science degree in Biology and then advanced his education at Midwestern University in Glendale Arizona where he received his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry.
Dr Craig, as he is known in the office, is a general dentist who enjoys performing a wide range of general and specialty treatments. After spending time getting to know you, your situation, and your goals, he will create a personalized treatment tailored just for you. He finds joy in providing the most basic of procedures such as fillings and exams, to more complex treatments such as extractions, root canals and implants.
Dr Craig devotes over 100 hours a year in continuing education courses, attends weekly study clubs, and invests in the latest dental technology to advance his education and provide the highest level of care. As the owners of Pima Dental, along with his brother Dr Bret Standage, he will be treating you as family, because we are family.
Dr Craig and his wife Kristen Standage were married in 2012 and have since had 3 children: Neil, Claire and Reagan.

Kramer
Dr. Kramer was born in Tomah, Wisconsin and moved to Chandler, Arizona at an early age where she was raised and ultimately calls home. She grew to love Arizona and has remained here throughout her education. Dr Kramer completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at Grand Canyon University then simultaneously gained her Masters in Public Health and Doctorate of Dental Medicine from A.T. Still University – Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa, Arizona.
Dr Kramer believes in whole person healthcare and that various dental diseases should be treated to prevent and treat systemic health. Her approach with dental care is gentle, communicative, and patient-focused. Dr Kramer understands that every patient’s smile is unique and therefore should be treated individually. When Dr Kramer isn’t treating patients, she enjoys working out, being outdoors with her mini austrailian shepard Winnie, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
Joseph Santoro, D.D.S., a graduate of Colorado School of Dentistry, completed an internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a fellowship in Oral Implantology at the University of Miami – Jackson Memorial Hospital where his training included implant placement, bone grafting, sinus elevation, soft tissue techniques as well as all types of implant based restorations. Furthermore, Dr. Santoro studied Sedation and Anesthesia at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Patterson, New Jersey. As one of just a handful of fellowship trained implant surgeons in the country, Dr. Santoro has dedicated his career to the pursuit of excellence in implant surgery and bone regeneration.
Dr. Santoro maintains an associate faculty appointment at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. He is a regional and national designated lecturer for MIS Implants. Dr. Santoro holds professional memberships with The American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and The Academy of Osseointegration and is an active volunteer at the CASS dental clinic.
